About Me:
Hi! I'm Jeff. Around 20 years ago when I actually started cooking more than spaghetti and tacos for myself in college, I found an emerging passion in food. Not just in preparing food, but in making other people happy with food. Over the years we went from pescatarian, to vegetarian, to vegan, all while constantly trying new recipes and experimenting with different cuisines. When everything came out right, the feeling was invigorating.

after spending the last few years figuring it all out, and With immeasurable support from friends and family, I've turned just a silly idea, or even an example of an idea into my new amazing reality.

About the Food:
Fresh, local, and organic ingredients are the keys to delicious and satisfying meals. Whenever possible I source fresh seasonal ingredients from local organic farms. The Latin American cuisine is my all time favorite and I'm delighted to share it with you. The menu is geared toward more authentic, and deep flavors than you might expect from a food truck or tex-mex style restaurants.

Everything from the Fancy Plants Food Truck, whether it's catered to your event, or at our location in Ellsworth will always be 100% plant based, and 100% vegan.
